The game won't launch or keeps crashing - what can I try?

Below is a guide for the Nintendo Switch™ system:

Check for Software Updates: 

1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
2. Go to the HOME menu and select the Settings Icon.
3. From the Settings menu, scroll down and select System.
4. Find the Console Software Update option, if an update is available, you’ll be prompted to download and install it. You may need to restart your console for the changes to take effect. 

Verify Game Data: 

1. Go to the HOME menu and open System Settings.
2. Select Manage Software and select the Storm Lancers game.
3. Select Check for Corrupt Data and wait for the console to complete the verification process.
4. If you encounter issues, ensure your system is updated and check for any software updates for the game. 

Free Up Storage: 

1. Go to the HOME menu and open System Settings.
2. Scroll down and select Data Management.
3. Low storage can cause performance issues; verify you have adequate storage and consider deleting or archiving games to free up storage. 

Restart the Console 

1. Hold down the POWER button of the console for 3 seconds.
2. Select Restart from the power options list.
