If you encounter an issue during your playthrough of Storm Lancers you can send an official Bug Report using our Player Support Form.
- Provide your name or username.
- Provide your email address (This is a mandatory field)
- Set the Game as "Storm Lancers"
- Select the platform where you experienced the issue.
- Select "Bug Report" as your issue type.
- Fill out the "Subject" line with a short statement of your issue. (e.g. Enemies Stuck in Walls)

Fill out the Description section with details about your issues, important details to include:
- What mode you were playing (Solo/Co-op).
- Where in the game you experienced this issue (e.g. Menu, Pause Menu, Biome Name)
- Actions you took before you experienced this issue.
- If this is your first time experiencing this issue.
- In the "Attachment" section, please include a video or screenshot of your issue if possible.
The more information you can provide the better we can help with your issue and the better we can make the game for everyone.
